Saturn Corporation, an InterSystems application partner, has launched an aggressive initiative to deliver its Eprísa customer relationship management solution worldwide.

InterSystems Corporation recently announced that Saturn Corporation, an InterSystems application partner, has launched an aggressive initiative to deliver its Eprísa customer relationship management (CRM) solution worldwide. Built on InterSystems CACHÉ software, Eprísa is being implemented in multiple locations worldwide, with the Dutch healthcare foundation, Hospitallbroeders, the first organization to go live with CACHÉ-based Eprísa online.

InterSystems is a provider of innovative database and integration software. Its product line includes the InterSystems CACHÉ high-performance object database, InterSystems Ensemble rapid integration platform, and InterSystems HealthShare platform for regional and national electronic health records. Saturn Corporation is a world leader in providing online database management services and other back-end processes in the fundraising, membership and commercial marketplaces.

The desire to leverage new technologies and modernize its aging mainframe-based application was a driver behind Saturn's move to CACHÉ, according to Saturn President Fielding Yost. "We wanted to get to a new-generation look and feel, increase our product's flexibility and smoothly integrate with other applications and processes," he said. "CACHÉ enabled us to meet all of those objectives while also eliminating object-relational database impedance mismatch to provide the high level of performance that our customers expect."
